We usually only use the ATM here, but my partner went inside today, and the teller proceeded to make fun of her name (it's not American), pronounce it in a rude and incorrect way, ask where she was from, then (unsatisfied with the response, I assumed) ask "what is it?" for her name. IT'S A NAME. It's not up to you to understand. Just do your job. She then had my partner present extra identifying information (even though she'd already presented her ID and her bank card) and acted suspicious of her the entire time. If your name isn't Jane Smith, and you don't look extra white bread, do yourself a favor -- choose another branch.

I had an awful experience at this branch trying to arrange for an out of state automobile purchase transaction. I had an outstanding experience at the Cemetery Road, Hilliard, PNC branch. I will avoid the Clintonville branch for all future transactions.

The teller gave me a counter check off my reserve account instead of my spend. I wrote the check (unaware of the mistake) and it bounced. The fraud department notified me of the error, I called the branch and received no call back. This was after I told the person I was speaking with that someone had to call me before noon (next day was a federal holiday). I had to go into the branch to get it worked out. The employees were nice, my fees were refunded, but it was an absolute hassle and waste of my time.

Don't even bother. Just turn back now. Go elsewhere.
