My wife and I worked with Shane at the NW Guild office. We were very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. We had shopped around and looked at other mortgage brokers prior to visiting Guild and were left underwhelmed. We were very thankful to have found Guild; it was a no-brainer to go with them for our mortgage.

Shane Chapman is a wonderful loan originator to work with. He is very personable, responsive and helpful. He worked really hard to get exactly what we wanted and didn't try to oversell us. I highly recommend working with him.

We had such a positive experience working with Ariel Gunderson and her team at Guild Mortgage! We have now worked with her on two home purchases and one re-finance, and she goes above and beyond each and every time. Ariel is knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. With our most recent home purchase she once again answered all of our questions, kept us on track with the many details needed, and even helped us close on our home sooner than expected! We cannot say enough positive things about Ariel, and highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a reliable, personable, and efficient lending agent!

Working with Ariel Gunderson and her team at Guild Mortgage is truly a pleasure! This is our second time working with her and we really can't say enough positive things about her work and the experience from start to finish. Ariel is one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt people we've worked with in the financial industry. She really knows her stuff. She has a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond-- making sure that we had all of our questions answered and that we felt confident about the many steps within the process of securing a loan and purchasing our home. Her dedication and hard work once again helped our family through this exciting (and very detailed) process! We had such a positive experience with Ariel and her team and know that they always had our best interests in mind. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and personable lending agent!

Ariel Gunderson was fast, professional and relational. She even let me know I could be saving on my current Home Owners policy, which I was able to make happen before submitting our docs. Our refi was painless and the easiest I have ever experienced in my 25 + years of home ownership. Huge Kudos to Ariel... this is an undertaking that I dread and put off but in the future I know who to call right away! BTW I HATE doing reviews and rarely do them but this one was worth letting you know about!
