The small location we have is a tiny 700sq ft office space with 2 desks and 6 ft between them. Every time I go in, all people in line behind me can hear every bit of my personal information as I am talking to the agent including social security number, amount owed, etc. They do no accept any modern form of currency transactions like debit/credit. On April 3rd, I proceed to pay the amount communicated to me that would bring my account to a current status. However they failed to inform me of the payment that came due this same day with the total and repossessed my truck the following day (April 4th) with no phone call or notification. Highly unprofessional, violated several privacy regulations. I am surprised the CFPB or OCCC has not had a complaint earlier. I will definitely be contacting both institutions.

Got the best rate on a auto loan so I decided to change over to a good local credit union. The ladies working their are really nice. I will definitely be sending business their way.

This bank was a nightmare to deal with. First of all, you cannot pay over the phone or online. The Lubbock branch is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for shortened hours. I mailed them a check because that was my only option, and they called threatening repossession on my vehicle and it wasn’t even 30 days late! Then they implied that I lied about mailing the check even though I had the receipt from Fedex. They don’t respond to emails or phone messages, and it’s pretty much impossible to get a customer service representative on the phone.
