WOW! Just WOW! I have bought 3 homes, and my first home I went through more lenders than I can count rejecting me because I was so young and doing it on my own. So I can honestly say I have worked with dozens of lenders over the years and I can honestly say this buying experience was by FAR the easiest, stress free, and prompt that I have ever experienced. Ben and his team are absolutely amazing! It took three weeks from start to finish to close on my home. Many nights they would stay up very late to make sure our application was done in time for closing. Michelle would answer my email at midnight when I had a ton of questions. They never once got frustrated and were so eager to answer any question I had. Ben even called on his personal cell while he was at home to ensure everything was going well and to tie up some loose ends. I cannot say thank you enough to all of them, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to refinance or finance a home.

I had a great experience getting my new mortgage with Matt Redford and the OVM team. I bought my first home this past summer, and Matt was kind, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns about my financing options. Bill crushed it - I'm active duty military and a real estate investor, and Bill is a guy I would will have on my team going forward. I'd recommend him in any capacity to my military brethren in heartbeat. He understands the intricacies of VA Loan which is wildly important for any active duty or Vet looking to purchase a home, investor or otherwise. More importantly for me, he is all about the investor mindset and has been a great resource for knowledge and additional professional connections.
