This branch is amazing. Always great service. I walked in about 2 minutes before closing time (thankfully!) and as the teller was working on my withdrawal, I asked what the most efficient way to order checks is. She replied that she could do it right there. I told her that it was alright, as I knew it was past closing time at this point. I could come back. She insisted that it was ok and took care of it for me. I thought that was a very kind gesture. Funny, because I went to another bank to deposit money for someone after this and they ignored me in the drive through as they vacuumed 7 minutes before closing time (I even called first to confirm).

I go to about 5 BB&T and this is the only place that tells me they can’t give me 45 cents back on a Business account. The other 4 branches have never told me about how they do not give change back where I have gotten $19 back before because I have to give change out of my own Pocket. So I feel this place has been Singling me out for whatever reason. Do not bank here, do not go here. Worst bank I have ever been too. Everyone is rude and it looks like they go out of their way just to hire rude people!
