Waited to open a new checking account and was paired with Jody after 10 minutes. Explained I had the application open on my laptop and I had a simple question on how to fill it out correctly to complete it, as it wanted me to open an additional savings account (I already had the same account open for savings and didn’t want to open another one). She was so incredibly rude and rolling her eyes at me and accusing me of not listening to her as I pulled out my laptop to show her what I was concerned about. She proceeded to explain to me things I already knew and weren’t what I had the question about. She then told me essentially switching wouldn’t help me out at all and talked to me like I was crazy for wanting the higher interest rate account. I have never been so shocked by rude customer service. I will not come back here and I live within distance. I will go out of my way to go to a branch with good customer service. I just said never mind to it all and got up to leave. I was treated like a nussiance.

I opened a bank account with Landmark about a year ago now and it was a pleasant experience. The only reason I come here now is to get quarters for laundry and they haven't screwed that up yet so there's not much to complain about.

Nice place. Just so out dated. The building is kind of trashy.
