If I could give less than one star I would. I went into the Grafton branch to open a business checking account and find some information about a possible loan. First the impression I got from the teller is he really did not want to be there. I asked to speak to the loan officer about what I mentioned. He went to go speak to her and came back telling me "she was working the drive through and is too busy to talk to you". When Bridget worked there she would at least meet you and give you her card, things have changed, I guess it was too close to getting off. So I left and went across town to First Bank and the reception got a completely different experience. Got everything set up and are good to go. I guess business accounts aren't worth much at Landmark.

It is incredible frustrating working with this company as they do not have phone numbers for each branch. If you want to call the branch you are working with or a person you are working with you get stuck with calling Landmark Credit Unions call center. Yesterday I called, trying to get in touch with the Grafton branch. I was informed of how there is no direct line to that location, and surprise the call center could not answer my questions, only who I was working with and the branch that I was working with could. So the call center tried to transfer my call to the Grafton branch where no one answered. The lady over the phone at the call center was very nice, but was not able to help me (As a customer of your company, you have now wasted my time and efforts, leaving me not happy) This morning I tried to call again, and asked the lady over the phone at the call center, why is this how it is with Landmark, that they do not have direct phone numbers for each of their branches? I received a general response that did not answer my question, and when I said that doesn’t answer my question, I got a very sassy and rude response from the call center lady. She had an attitude for duration of our phone call. (Again, not happy as a member!) This call center worker was able to track down who I was looking for at the Grafton branch and tried to transfer me,.. but of course they are not in until later today. So I wait,. What should be a quick, I’ll give the bank a call,.. has turned into a few days of calling all around and waiting. Not good customer service. As a member, I would love to have a phone number for each branch.

I know I'm not the easiest customer! I like the people that work there, they treat me great, make things easy for me and always are nice.

I have not had had the problems the other reviewers seem to have had. I made the switch from commercial banks, and have not had a problem. Keep up the good work.

these ppl cant seem to make themselves available for anyone, rude looks down their noses is what you get here. srry but 20 banks in a rocks distance. you get paid to help yer customers, not to make them feel like a chore cause you had to stand up. Maybe they used to work at the DMV, same atmosphere.
