We were looking into being first time homeowners. Our credit is not the greatest and we told Perry that before we started the process of seeing where we were and what we need to do. He even told us if we couldnt get approved, then he will guide us on what to do so we can get approved at a later time. In as little as within 6 months. He took all of our info claiming he will look to see what we needed to work on and if and when we can get approved. I have never heard back from this man. Its been about 3 months. I have tried to call, text, but no response. He just took all of our personal information and disappeared. BEWARE!!!!
