We had a yellow gold, diamond ring with side accents sized down by Elite Jewelers at their in-store lab located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. They took the time to explain our options and any risks involved without pressuring us to proceed. We reflected on this approach as compared to the advice we received at several other shops and decided to go ahead with the work. The ring was perfectly resized and the quality of the workmanship shows in the result: Absolutely perfect! They even returned to us the very small section of ring that they'd removed, plus there was no indication whatsoever that the ring had been altered in any way, and it gleamed from the finish polishing. We highly recommend Elite Jewelers for the quality of their work and for their dedication to providing excellent customer service and care.
