Great shop. The service here is really good both the guys I talked too seemed to have a wealth of knowledge. I only had a battery changed so I can't speak for any custom work. They did mentioned they could get in original bands for my Movado which is nice. Good selection of Seiko, Citizen and Movado among a few other names. I'd definitely check these guys out first. Prices looked average but I noticed some of the Citizen watches were priced cheaper than their competition... Might be heading back soon.

My watch has been in repair since February and I still have no idea when it will be ready. It is December. So disappointing! I'm editing my review because my watch is repaired! I realize now, that the parts for my Bedat watch were very difficult to find. It probably could not have been done by any other jeweller than Walter, at Europa Watch and Jewellery. Thank you for working persistently to get the parts and completing the job!

I'm sure they do great work. I left a gold chain and pendant to sell. They kept it for a few days, but first he want sure it was gold so wanted a gold guy to come check it out. I find it strange that a jeweler can't tell gold. Then his scale was broken and he wanted me to leave it more days. What king of jeweler has a broken, hence no scale??? Hahahah. So he wanted me to leave it longer. He was still really vague about if his gold guy looked at it. So I went in about two days later, and he was apparently "sick", according to his other employee. So I went back the next day and he and a couple were having a great time speaking and laughing in a foreign language. I said I was sorry he was sick the day before, but one of the couple indicated "we took him away" so I guess he wasn't really sick.....still no gold guy, no scale to weigh it. I took it back to take somewhere else, and they now seemed pleased like I was the problem!! Hahah Omg, totally strange and unprofessional. I'm sorry I bothered them! I doubt I'd ever use (or try to use) their services. I had much better service and professionalism elsewhere

Had a great experience! Got my battery replaced on one of my watches and the strap on the other! Staff was super friendly and was happy to answer all my questions!
