Came in to look for some gold jewelry and this wonderful woman named Bonita helped me out. Such a wonderful experience it was with her. She made me feel like a VIP while looking for the perfect jewelry. Great place with great customer service.!

Had a great experience at Independent Jewellers. Bonita was great to work with. I told her what I wanted and she went above and beyond my expectations to find what I was looking for! The turnaround to pick up my eternity band was 2 days, less than what I was expecting! I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any future purchases. Overall a great experience!

We took in a couple rings to have them made into a matching ear ring and pendant set. Emma was very helpful in providing options that we didn’t think of. Very pleased with the customer service Emma provided, she was very patient as we changed our minds a couple times 😏. The final craftsmanship of the finished product was exceptional...highly recommend seeing her first before going anywhere else.

Absolutely love the staff at Independent Jewellers. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection in the store is fantastic and the watch department is abundant in choices. The jewelry I have from the store is still in great condition. The service department is fast and not overly expensive. Whether you are looking for something lower end such as their Swarvoski collection to something expensive like there Canadian Diamond collection i have not been disappointed. Now you can also shop online and they are always doing things for the local community.

This was the first time we had been in the store. We came in for a ring sizing and the staff, and especially Heather, were very welcoming and very helpful. Heather took her time with us and made sure that we were happy and completely satisfied before we left. We will definitely be going back!
