I literally just walked in and when I was asked if they can help I said I would like to browse first. This woman proceeded to follow me around the store talking my ear off but I was trying to get inspired so I'm tuning her out. She stopped talking so I thought maybe she walked away then I look over and realize she has been following g me around the store within a couple feet....obviously I cannot just browse until I need assistance so I just left.

Went to resize my engagement ring and got the ok service but didnt have any answers to any of my questions. Then they told me it would be a certain price to have it resized and when the quote was officially in it was 3 times the amount given at the quote in the store. After a few weeks of waiting for my resized ring i decided to call to see if it was ready and they said oh yes its been at the store for a while and i asked why no one contacted me she said she didnt know. Upon going to the store to pick up the ring the 2 associates where really rude and aggressive towards myself and my fiance when we were simply asking questions. Also they never asked us if we wanted to the excess gold from the ring being downsized and would not provide it to us and we asked that they follow up with our request and got ever more mad with us. I am very angry with the service with this location and will never go again nor order our wedding bands from them. DO NOT GO HERE!

Poor customer service. Opens late and then ignores customers while they continue opening up procedures that should have been completed earlier.

Worst experience ever! Went I. To get batteries changed on 3 watches. The lady trying to do it did not know what she was doing. I actually had to do it myself after watching her. I asked her to pass it to me I will do it. Then they didn’t have batteries for one and told me to go next and buy one. I was able to get two watches changed and she handed me the 3rd back in pieces cause she couldn’t get it back together. The whole experience took about an hour and then the fee for this terrible service was outrageous. She said I won’t charge you for one of them though. Well yah you handed it back to me in pieces and said you can’t fix it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will tell everyone to never go there.
