Nice looking store but every single piece my wife was interested in was not in stock.

I would give this half a star if I could. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Buy on their online store if you want something, I personally will never be going to this store again. I was sold a bracelet two sizes too big a couple of years ago from the Southgate location after the store clerk told me that was the size I should be purchasing because the bracelet gets smaller as you add charms. The bracelet is now half full of charms now and itâ€™s still too big so Iâ€™m not happy (it comes off my hand without even opening the clasp). Shauna was very unconcerned with my issue and even suggested that it was just too big because I had showered while wearing it even though I assured her it has always fit the same way. I then asked them to measure it and measured it again when I got home and both times it was EXACTLY 20cm, so clearly no â€œwater stretchingâ€ happened. Maybe next time they should simply apologize for poor training of their staff if there isnâ€™t anything they can do to fix the situation instead of pulling an excuse out of their a*s and blaming the customer. Definitely a â€œbuyer bewareâ€ store!

The manager Teresa needs a serious attitude check. Ive never seen anyone talk down to their staff like that in front of customers before. Her conduct with customers is even worse. I was in shopping for mothers day and had spent close to $300. I thought I was eligible for the promo in which you get a free bangle if you spend $150 or more. I Later found out that only certain items apply, Teresa was very unprofessional and rude when she came to explain this. She didn't say hello and wouldn't even look at me, as if I wasn't even worth her time. She just pointed at the fine print on a sign and immediately left. I wasn't going to argue over a stupid bracelet or anything , I just wanted some clarification. Needless to say I will never shop at this location again. I will take my business elsewhere.

One of the staff helped me out for 15 minutes while I was trying pick a gift for someone. Nice selection of jewelery ranging in prices. There wasn't anything too expensive, which I liked.
