VO Jewellers is a great place to shop and get jewelry from. The staff is so friendly and they have such beautiful jewelry at amazing prices. Their warranty is also amazing and they make sure to take good care of their customers. This is the only place my family, and I, will shop for jewelry at!

Hieu didn’t have the chain I wanted in, but he went out of his way to special order it for me and to the length/weight I wanted and by far gave me the best price. I did however ask for small favour, which said would have done but when arrived for pick up. Did not. Oh well all in all very happy with me new chain! Thanks buddy’s. I’ll be back soon for Christmas gift to myself! Lol

I got my engagement ring from here. I got a great deal and the warranty work is amazing. Little diamonds sometimes fall out, but that is normal for a pavé setting. All I do is drop if off and they gladly replace it with the warranty. I will only come back to Vo's. Hue is awesome an they are very welcoming and kind. 10/10

Was really impressed with the selection, prices and staff there. UNTIL two months later when one of the diamonds fell out. We can not find the recepit so we called and asked if they had our receipt on file. They said everything is deleted from their system after 24 hours. Really!?? They said even if we had found it that they do not offer any warranty on their products and that we would not have been covered anyways. Not happy. I do not recommend going here as a diamond fell out in less than two months and they were not interested in helping us for free. Cost us $80 to replace the small diamond that fell out.
