After losing weight and having my wedding ring fly off my hand across the volleyball court, the great people at Austen's helped me out. They are always courteous and friendly and super helpful. I’ve been coming to them for years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Such great customer service as always! Their warranty program is fantastic. I can have my wedding set maintained at any time at little to no cost and they always do such a great job. A great variety of pieces even for kids - my daughter loves her diamond earrings! No reason to shop anywhere else for your jewellery needs - the Austen’s are the best in the biz!

They went above and beyond for us. My 6 year old daughter wanted sleeper earrings for her bday. We bought her some 14kt gold ones in high river while on a camping trip. After only 3 weeks they broke. She was devastated so we called the high river store and they said they could fix them for 40$ if we brought them back to the store. Contemplating bringing them back, but annoyed they wouldn't exchange them or fix them for free we called Austen Jewellers in our hometown. The manager was beyond nice. She told us to come in and that they could fix them for us for free. Come to find out when we got to the store that the earrings couldn't be fixed. Glad we didn't waste our time going to high river. Furthermore, they gave us a free pair to replace the broken ones out of the kindness of there hearts because she said the high river store should have done that for us. It wasn't about the money it's all about customer service. Thanks a million. You guys are the best.
