My engagement ring and our wedding bands were purchased from Heinrichs and in the 7 years since, this store has been amazing - always a friendly face to welcome me when I drop off my ring for cleaning, which is as often as I can make work. There was an issue with one of the small diamonds prior to our wedding and Heinrichs dealt with it happily, at no cost to us, which was a huge blessing. Beautiful store, GORGEOUS selections of jewellery and helpful staff! I also appreciate that it is a locally, family owned business, and not a chain store - I’m happy to support a homegrown establishment!

I walked in yesterday to get some advice, inquire on a few things and get some of my rings sized, maybe even purchase something...and the guy who "helped" me, didn't get his name but he was a tall younger guy with dark hair, looked at me like I was nothing. He was very blah, seemed like I was a waste of his time and had better things to do. To me that is very poor customer service to say the least. No smile, no hello how are you doing today, just off the bat what can I do for you, let's get you in and out of here quickly pretty much. Well you just lost my business. If I was treated better, maybe, but after that experience, no thank you. I'll take my business else where. Also my parents have dealt with Heinrichs over several years as they know personally a gentleman that works there. I will be telling them, no more will you be going there. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star but if I had the choice, I'd be giving a big fat 0. Poor very poor.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Heinrichs. The staff made me feel exremely comfortable. They are very professional and never pressure you into buying until you are ready. Specifically, Milli was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Heinrichs to anyone who is looking for high quality jewelry and an excellent staff. I will definitely be going back to Heinrichs for all of my future jewelry needs! Great job and keep up the amazing work.

I absolutely love going to Heinrich’s Jewlery! Bill and his staff have treated my husband and I great from the very first moment we walked in the store. Bill always greats us with a smile and is eager to help with anything we may need, he knows his stuff! Truly a please every single time.

Heinrich’s has been my go-to watch/jewelry store for years now. They have the best customer service and really know how to take care you and your jewelry! They even came in clutch on our wedding day when I sent my brother in for a last minute necklace for my wife. Don’t go anywhere else.
