My husband got the people credit card and when we canceled the card and closed the account they continue to send us paper statements on a zero balance! Because of the company continue to send us the paper statements we have to pay for the paper bill that we did not know about. When he went in to pay the amount due they say the account was canceled and they could not take payment. He would have to re open the account and pay it then close it again. When he ask why the paper billing was still coming they said its because he did not inform them to stop after the account was canceled. So their was nothing they could do. Worst worst customer service!!! Never shop there again

I travel many miles to be treated like royalty by the ladies of this Peoples outlet. They indulge me as I ponder over my purchase - patient and never rushing, while I choose the perfect gem! Thank you Begum for your TLC! This one reminds me of a snowflake when you look closely. Don't you agree? So, did I or didn't I ?ðŸ˜‰

To start things off, we went in to buy a Christmas gift, we were told they didnâ€™t have it in store, so the lady helped us order it online and promised it would be in before Christmas. I went in a week later to pick up the order to find it not half the order was in. I asked why and they said they didnâ€™t know and it wasnâ€™t their problem. I told the guy itâ€™s a Christmas gift and it needs to be in by Friday, the lady and gentleman were extremely rude to me and told me that I needed to figure it out myself. I got my fiancÃ© to call in and talk to them and he made them look into it. They found that it wasnâ€™t even ordered. The MANAGER did not seem interested in helping solve this issue. In closing I will never shop here again, you lost my service and my families. I will take my money and time elsewhere. If I could give this a half star I would.

Ordered online. They told me they encountered a "minor delay" and promised that they would ship the order once the process was done. After long wait, the order was cancelled. Thanks for the great Christmas gift.

peoples has treated myself terrible and my fiancee terrible. had ordered a necklace and earings. only the earings showed up and they hadnt ordered the necklace evem though we ordered while in store and i was billed for all of it. when the time came to pick up they had no record of the necklace. the mrs was told in store its our problem not theirs even though they had ordered it and spoken to her very poorly. i had called minutes later and recieved the same treatment. after being on hold woth customer service for an hour and a half i made the store manager call them and figure out where my necklace was that i paid for and they told me wasnt ordered. they said it may have been on bacl order( i did not recieve an email telling me so). no one in the store seemed eager to assist myself and my fiancee. ive recieved better treatment from much less established companies. ive been buying from peoples for TEN years and they did not want to help to lake the situation better. WILL MEVER BUY HERE EVERY AGAIN. NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. ive never recieved such treatment. if i could give zero stars i would
