I went to Pandora today and I understood it was packed, so I stood in the same spot at the counter waiting patiently to be helped. All 6 workers acknowledged I was standing there. 2 more ladies came in and 1 across from me and stood at the counter. Quickly 2 workers swarmed the new customers and offered help. The older woman working there then proceeded to walk passed me. So in a louder tone I said excuse me, I've been waiting almost 20 minutes for help and I've made eye contact with every employee in here and everyone has acknowledged I was standing here. She rudely came over with a dirty mean look and said oh you weren't helped? I said no, can I please see this snake. She was so rude acted as if she knew nothing about prices or sizes. It wasn't until my mom spoke up and mentioned calling customer service that her entire demeanor changed.

I went there today and right away I was greeted with dirty looks by the associates. I was just looking for a ring to buy for my girlfriend but the whole time I felt judged and pressured. I didn’t need 3 people to stare at me while I decide to buy something nice. They were taking a close eye on me the entire time as if I was a thief. As a person of colour, this was the last thing I wanted to experience. I hope this store hired more welcoming employees.

The moment I walked in there was a lady at the front counter giving me and my friend a dirty look. No hello or welcome. Since she looked at me like that I proceeded to go to the back cashier and these two ladies also gave me some dirty looks and kinda gave me a “what do you want” attitude, making me extremely uncomfortable. I was asking them about exchanging a ring and one of the ladies lead me to the lady at the front counter. I didn’t quite understand what the lady at the front said but it sounded like she was saying “This is insane(??)” Which if she did say that…What is exactly insane about exchanging a ring for a smaller size?? (She did have a bit of an accent so that could totally be my fault for mishearing that). I then heard her again say something like “I thought this item was on sale.” I didn’t quite understand why she thought that? Maybe because they had the item out of stock, but I didn’t give the receipt yet at this point and I felt a little confused on why she even said that. This whole experience was extremely uncomfortable for me and this is the exact reason why I don’t go into stores like these. Please give better customer service because this is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

went there a few days ago and i understand that it was packed and every employee was helping someone so i decided to stand by the engraving machine and wait. i made eye contact with most of the employees and after 20 minutes no one acknowledged my presence even after their customers left so i had to walk to the counter and firmly ask for some help. i dont know what it is about chinook workers, everyone just likes to stare and watch you awkwardly like what even is the point of your job?? you’re an associate you’re the one thats supposed to ask customers if they need help like seriously.

My First time at Pandora experience was terrible, came on Sunday Oct 15 to Chinook location, i got bracelet for My B~Day from my Girlfriend. She waited till my B-Day to give it to me, but it was just little small. Came to exchange for bigger size, and wanting to buy a charm as well. First girl that was helping me was nice, she went to ask something, her name was Mariel, she came to the counter, looked at receipt and said its 2 days over 30 days, when actually it was one day. I said i understand but i dont want to return just to exchange, its too small and said same thing what I mention above for my b-day. I asked if you can override make exception? Her answer was no! As first time customer to make it pleasant as I said it to her its my first time buying and getting bracelet she as “manager” and customer service as Pandora swears by it to make it pleasant it was awful. Then other lady came Zora and asked what is going on, she listen to me, and did exchange for me, and on top of it I bought pendent. 1* is for Muriel attitude and her lack od customer service.
