I hesitate clicking on one star! Very, very disappointed in Paris Jewellers....not the staff, they've always been very nice. BUT! My husband, Bill bought me a very special bracelet for a special birthday 6 years ago. It has been in at least 6 times for repair. The last time the bracelet broke was Nov. 18th, it broke again 6 weeks later. I took the bracelet in for repair....expecting them to repair it at no charge! NOT! They called me suggesting repair to the tune of $400.00, reinforcing each cross link, then replacing diamonds that had fallen out......yes, those as well had fallen out.......so the repair...$600.00. I said, no, I would come in to pick the bracelet up! But.......did they re-do the repair, I had really taken the bracelet in for........NO! NO! NO! My message to anyone considering purchasing jewellery from Paris Jewellers, BEWARE!! I would concern myself with the quality and the cost of their repairs.
