I brought my grandmother's wedding ring in to Rodan to be resized and re-set so that I could wear it for my upcoming wedding. The staff were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The ring itself was ready very quick and came back clean and perfectly sized. I appreciated their advice to ensure I was happy with the end product, how fast they were able to return this to me, and the attention to detail especially given the sentimental value. Highly recommend!

Rob, Mitchell, and their team made the whole process of buying an engagement ring so simple. We really appreciated their willingness to work with us, and felt they had our best interests at heart the whole way through. My fiancee couldnâ€™t be happier with the end product. Iâ€™d highly recommend reaching out to them if youâ€™re in the process of purchasing an engagement ring.

I originally went to Rodan to view the Tacori rings however due to a financial setback we decided to wait another year. We wanted to upgrade my wifeâ€™s original engagement ring from a 4 piece tandem solitaire into a single stone. I was later given the option to modify my original ring by making two sets of diamond earrings with the 4 centre stones and adding a 1.5 c center stone to the ring. At first I couldnâ€™t picture what it would look like but it turned out amazing! The staff was wonderful and very considering with my budget. There was a price discrepancy from the original quote and they agreed to withhold the price with little adjustment. The earrings look amazing and I will update my wifeâ€™s reaction once she sees it as itâ€™s a surprise! Thanks to Deborah, Sergey and Mitchell for performing magic! Not sure how to post the before and after pics but I am ecstatic.

Had a great experience with the customer service that I received, I live on the island but they were willing to accommodate me. My ring that I mailed for resizing was sent back resized and fitting perfectly. They are reasonably priced for the great service that they offer. I would highly recommend Rodan Jewellers for jewelry buying, repair and resizing.

I took my engagement ring to Rodan to be sized down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was advised the ring would be ready the following day! The Goldsmith called to let me know they needed to do a bit more work to size my ring as it is a two tone rose and white gold so they wanted to get my approval before proceeding as there was an additional cost. My ring looks perfect! They even buffed out a little indent in the rose gold from we whacking my hand on a table (whoops!). I'll be back to get my wedding band resized in the near future.
