The customer service at Calgary Jewellery is unmatched. My fiance and I were visiting from the States, and we stopped to get a quote on two wedding bands. Even though we had made it clear that we were traveling back to the USA that day, Christina took care of us! She was so wonderful to work with, and she took the effort to get us quotes on the rings we wanted. As a courtesy above the call of duty, she shined my fiance's ring for free. We definitely left British Columbia feeling thankful for our experience, and we highly recommend Calgary Jewellery, and Christina!

I had a great experience here. They honoured a deal offered to me several months ago despite the market price for the watch in question going up significantly since the original offer, no questions asked. They made the process very easy and stress free. I love my new watch and look forward to making more acquisitions here.

This was one of first few stores I visited with my fiancé for our engagement rings. I chose to visit this store based on the impressive reviews and also the fact that it is one of the few local stores that carries the Noam Carver brand. However, this has turned out to be a disappointing visit. The gentleman treated us like we were only there to browse and not likely to buy. He sat us down by the Noam Carver brand area and did not ask us about any preference. Since we had no experience with ring shopping, I was hoping for a sales rep that can lead us through this daunting process. When we were at the store, I did most of the questioning and picked out a few engagement rings that I wanted to see. He didn't try to recommend anything or has any discussions with us about our price expectation or about the 4C's that we ended up learning about at another store later on. When he stepped away to get us some price quotes, we noticed another couple that were picking out their wedding bands and the lady that was helping them was so helpful and friendly. We also briefly met another lady that noticed we were trying out some engagement rings and she actually asked me what style I was looking for and brought me another custom ring that she had at the store to try on. I was extremely jealous that the 2 other female sales rep were so much more helpful and genuine in helping compared to the male sales rep we had, but I felt that it was rude to ask to switch sales rep on the spot. We thought about coming back another day and hoping for another rep. In the end, we took our business to another store where the staff was more approachable and showed more interests in helping us. I was fairly certain that if we were helped by the two other females sales rep that we briefly met there over the male rep we had, I would have been happy to return to the store for further ring discussion. Right now, we are in the process of finalizing our engagement rings and wedding bands purchase with another store. We are also looking into customizing some family heirloom into modern jewellery pieces. Unfortunately, Calgary Jewellery went from being my top choice of jewellers to deal with based on reviews to the bottom based on the disappointing service we received. With that being said, great job to the other 2 sales lady that we briefly met. It was unfortunate that we weren't helped by them that made our experience unpleasant.

Great and friendly service! Went for a walk and decided to pop in and have a look with my husband and left with three gorgeous stackable rings on order. Tina greeted us as soon as we entered and was patient and helpful from the get go. The owner was so kind and welcoming, not to mention he gave us an incredible deal! Happy Anniversary to us 😊
