Lady was rude and arrogant. We were looking for a men's wedding ring and when she finally acknowledged us we asked to see one my fiance liked. She scoffed "that's not a wedding band". What a witch! It's not a high end store, so I'm not sure who she thinks she's talking too, but she should quit her day job.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! So these fools scammed my wife and I out of $400 in warranty. Bought my wedding ring there and paid for the lifetime warranty. Then about 6 months later we bought a gold chain there where they tried to sell us the warranty, but I declined as it was too expensive at the time. Funny thing is, the sales people that sold me the ring and the chain knew they were "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" and were fully aware that the warranties were going to be - well stolen from clients. The warranties were voided due to Ben Moss going into bankruptcy. Sneaky thieves. And then to add insult to injury - they reopen under different management - still using the Ben Moss name - but still refuse our warranty!!! How is this even legal???? I was stolen from by Ben Moss Jewelers. Plain and simple.

Bought a necklace and earrings from them, and they put them in a ziplock and said we don't have box. Unfriendly staff 100%

I walked in and the only sales associate there was sitting down and kept on saying Ni hao to me like 5 or 6 times without bothering to get up. I tell her I'm not Chinese and then just completely ignores me altogether. Weird and uncomfortable experience, I'm never coming here again.

Could not agree more with all 3 reviews. Terrible workmanship, and unfriendly staff. Please save your money and go somewhere else for better quality and customer service.
