Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help me. I felt very taken care of and never pressured or uncomfortable. I will definitely go back to this location. I was not treated like a business opportunity, but instead I received genuine recommendations and respect. Would definitely recommend!

I had some issues in the past with warranty/ protection plan with my engagement ring, but the last time I stopped into the store I was very impressed with the employee who was helping me. His name was Joe and he really went the extra mile for me to accommodate my needs. Michael Hill is lucky to have an employee who truly wants to see customers happy and strives to go above and beyond :-)

This is store is the most worst location ever . I came here 3 weeks ago to get fix my broken ring . It takes 3 weeks and I don't recieve any call recieved what's going . So i decided to call them myself. And the manager here saying they can't fix my ring and try to help by me paying extra $100 to get a new one. I purchased proffesional care for this jewerly and he saying I still have to pay?!! I called Anderson location where I originally purchased the ring and spoke to the manager , She replace my ring without any cost coz according to her I have 12 months warranty with that . How can be possible that this chinook location said different and didn't even tell me about my 12 months warranty.? He is very unhelpful !! All they think is how to get the customer ripped off!!I'm a good blogger and I blog and make a reviews about this location !!! So everyone will know how bad is this michael hill chinook location is!They will take advantage of you, especially when you don't know any about your warranty rights ! DONT BUY YOUR JEWERLY HERE!! If you get a problem with your purchase they will not help you!!!

Terrible...terrible customer service they are not reliable. I bought my wedding ring there they mixed up everything. It took a while to get our wedding ring. Then I brought my ring there to be fix he told me he will call once they will know how much the quote is. I waited for over a week still they didn't call. I regret getting our wedding ring there.

Excellent experience. The Staff was friendly and well trained. Bought a limited edition !.5 Carat engagement and wedding band , needed to be re-sized told it would be back Boxing day (Approx 3 working days) but got it back Christmas Eve day, also needed a necklace repaired (bought in Paris France) they had it repaired in one day at a very reasonable price. Plan on using Chinook Michael Hill many more times in the future. Thanks Spencer and his staff
