Visited Sheila Fleets factory and shop in Orkney. Met Sheila who showed me around the workshop and a cache of tiny pink diamonds just in that day to work with. Very friendly and welcoming experience. I bought a ring. Have since bought several pieces including a gold pendant which they also made into a brooch for me It is my favourite piece of jewellery. Five stars.

When you email someone with a genuine request for a bespoke piece of jewellery and never get an answer, I just wonder if a) there’s anybody there or more likely b) they don’t need the business. Hey ho! That’s life there are plenty more people who design jewellery

My wife and I just both picked up our wedding rings here. They were very helpful, and adjusted hers to match her oddly-shaped engagement ring for free (and it looks perfect). Lovely selection with lovely service.

Ordered the 'Sweetheart' pendant as a present for someone and had to contact Sheila Fleet to make some changes to the order - the person I spoke to was fantastic, service was efficient and friendly, and the necklace is beautiful. Also have another necklace I've been wearing regularly for several years that shows no signs of wear, their jewellery really is of great quality!
