My fiance bought my engagement ring from here in 2015. This is the second time the stone has fallen off, I managed to get it fixed with them the first time. Since I live in Ontario, I cannot go back to them and get it done, so I had to go to a place here. We we're informed that the main stone on the ring was not a diamond at all, and we were shocked since he paid $4500 for the ring. He feels ripped off and disappointed that this happened to him. The sales person said we cannot even use the same "diamond" since it has a crack in it. We are down $4500 and now have to spend an additional $800 to fill the huge hole in my ring with an actual diamond. I would not recommend this place. And I wish we were compensated somehow for what he spend.

Unless you want a 1 carat diamond ring missing I would highly suggest you don't come to this store. I had a 8 year wedding ring and For my anniversary we had decided to give it a new face lift by purchasing a new wedding band and transferring the diamond over. Less then 2 months later I woke up to the band I had purchase from them with my missing diamond. When I went to the store and ask them to refund me back for the band that they had sold me they refuse too. These people don't care about customer service. They have no dignity all they care about is money and once they receive that you are nothing but garbage. We need to take this business down they are nothing but scam artist.

Service was OK at best. Just don't try and return/exchange something!!! I bought my wife a necklace for her birthday. It wasn't her style, so we wanted to return it. We were told we could only exchange or get an instore credit. Staff was reasonably helpful and friendly on the sale, but not for the return/exchange. I would question their pricing practices. Everything is 50% all the time (ie. inflate price by 50% and then give you 50% off so you think you are getting a deal). I wouldn't shop there again.

I love this place! They have such elegant and gorgeous designs. I always go there to buy gifts for friends and family. The staff are knowledgable and friendly and will help you find the perfect gift, whatever your budget. They truly have something for everyone! Well deserve 5 stars :)

My husband purchased a ring for me for my birthday, it was not a style I would have normally worn, so we decided to return it. When we returned to the store I was promptly shown a small no refund policy sign and was informed we would have to have a store credit. In looking around the store the sign was only on one of the tills in the store. My husband was not told of the policy at the time of purchase and when I asked the manager about the policy he said he makes no exceptions. He was rude and made no offer to help us find anything we might be happy with. I would never shop at this store, but I will have to, at least once, to make use of the credit we have there. Customer Service is important and we have purchased from numerous jewelry stores with various return/exchange policies. My question to a full out "No Return Policy" is, what is so bad about your product that you don't want it back.
