I am giving these 5 stars for one person in particular. Sohelia was AMAZING. There was quite a chaotic mix up within the system and it was stressful and frustrating for everyone involved. However, Sohelia was amazing from the start and she worked hard, even on her days off, to ensure we left happy!!! which we did. I will forever go back to her for any jewelry related anything. She is a wonderful person. Thank you, Sohelia!

I'd give them no stars if I could. Extremely rude service. Handling more than one person at a time not making you feel important and not very friendly. If I didn't have jewellery here I would take myself elsewhere! Not good at all.

My partner and I received excellent service! We stopped in to look at engagement rings and before you know it we had found the perfect one! As a lesbian couple we also really appreciated how they made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. When we went back to pick out our wedding bands and finish paying for my ring, and the people working there were able to help us get an even better price because there was a new sale on. We were greeted immediately, the service was lovely, and we're very happy with our purchases.

There were three sale associates. They were all sitting and chatting, lounging away I don't need VIP treatment or special pampering But I do think it is a curtosy to stand and greet a consumer when they enter. When I entered they didn't even flinch It felt as if they were scanning me to see if I was someone who they thought would actually commit to buy something I entered from the other side of the store from where they were sitting but it was not until I was crossing them there spoke... "Are you looking for anything specific? " in a very unwelcoming tone Although I was out to look for an engagement ring, I said "I'm just looking" (because I felt u welcomed and did not really want to deal with their poor service) They didn't even hesitate to go back to their chit chatter, saying Like "ughhh 1. 5 hrs to go..." This was Tuesday, Dec 5th around 7 30 pm. I hope the manager reads this an talks to the sale associates that were working there at that time... Just so disappointing... Made me feel like I didn't want to buy my ring at People's

My husband and I purchased a clearance ring that was part of my engagement/wedding ring set. A sales associate in the store searched 2 MONTHS to find this ring for us. We put it on layaway as it was to be my 1 yr anniversary gift. We recently went to pick up said ring up and to our shock and dismay was told that it had been taken off of layaway and sold, 2 months after we had placed it on layaway. We did not recieve a single phone call/notification from the store that this was happening, otherwise we would have been down right away to purchase it. And they never returned our deposit either. As a result of their thoughtlessness, we now have to have the ring custom made if we wish to complete my set. I called and spoke with the store manager, who assured me she was looking into matters and would call me the following week. It has been at least 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from her. Plus my husband has put in a formal complaint to their head office and has not heard anything from them either. The lack of communication has left us feeling very sour towards People's, especially this location, to the point where we will never have dealings with them again. I'm disappointed I have to give this store at least 1 STAR.
