I cannot say enough good things about Elegance Goldsmith. I went here initially to have the claws on my engagement ring looked at because the diamond felt loose. After checking with a few "larger" places, I was expecting a large bill and two-weeks wait. I found Elegance Goldsmith online and decided to give it a try based on other peoples reviews. I am SO happy I did. They fixed the claws and cleaned my ring in 20 minutes, and only charged me for the cleaning. I was overjoyed. When it came time to get a Wedding Band, I went straight back. Had such amazing service, a very fair price, and they custom made me TWO bands within three weeks. This is truly a local gem.

Elegance Goldsmith is a business of the highest caliber. I worked in the jewellery business and have eight years experience managing a jewellery store and working with on-site goldsmiths. I would consider myself to have expertise in the jewellery and diamond business but after bringing my dream-project to Lynda and Loi at Elegance I was humbled by the knowledge, craftsmanship, integrity, and service they provided. I have been to various jewellery manufacturers and Elegance provided a quote for significantly less than any other store could offer. I went there after having read their online reviews and did not even know they existed despite having driven by their shop probably hundreds of times! Don’t let the simplicity and location of their shop deter you; they keep things simple and their overhead costs down and this results in exceptional discounts for customers. I am a good judge of character and I immediately recognized I was in good hands when I met Lynda and Loi. I had no reluctance leaving my prized 17,700.00 1.04 carat VS1 Canadian diamond with them and they made some very wise recommendations for the custom project I wanted. They completed it ahead of schedule and it was absolutely beautiful. I am thrilled with the craftsmanship and skill of Loi and their other goldsmith. I have been privileged to talk to Loi since then and can attest that he is the most knowledgable and skilled goldsmith I have ever met (and I have met many). I have learned so much from him. He schooled me in advanced diamond grading and precious metal chemical composition. I am so happy to have found Elegance Goldsmiths. Having a good goldsmith is a huge blessing. Lynda and Loi are straight-forward and no-nonsense people who I trust unreservedly. I will be getting them to make my wife’s tenth anniversary setting upgrade for her wedding ring. I will be getting all my repairs and jewellery from them in the future. I will be recommending them to everyone I can, and I am the go-to guy in my social circles when it comes to jewellery recommendations. Elegance can also source diamonds for you and they have the best prices for quality stones compared to any other supplier I have seen. They also have some nice jewellery in stock and again, their prices can’t be beat. I have attached a photo of my men's ring they made for me. Very pleasant and knowledgeable couple running this store. I was looking for a pendant. Called them before coming out, to ask if I could fit in certain budget, was invited over and assured that they will accommodate. My budget was limited, however I was never pushed into anything to max it. As a matter of fact, first pieces I was shown were way below it. I wanted something with a precious stone. Shortly they have found beautiful pendant for me, but the stone in it was not something I was looking for, so we went through many stones that they have separately to see if the one I needed could be fitted in that bracket. 30 minutes later came out with a beautiful white gold/ Colombian emerald pendant. While waiting for it, I was educated in stone specifics and just had a nice chat! Oh, and I had my old chain cleaned for free meanwhile! Definitely, a place I would go back to in a heartbeat.
