Very friendly and professional buying experience, I have made a few purchases from this location in the past but have been in the store just to browse and try things on many times and each time I get the same pleasant experience. I love the new store and the new displays, it's like a toy store for grown ups. Thanks Ashley and Cynthia for all your help, hope I get the opportunity to buy something new soon. Richard

This is the best service you could ask for in luxury watches ! Have known the staff for over 15 years and they are all wonderful and well mannered. Would recommend them to anyone looking at making that one big watch purchase. Clare is always so amazing to deal with !

I put my name down for the Submariner in June 2018 with Clara. It took almost six months before it finally arrived in December just in time for Christmas - talk about a perfect gift for Christmas. The watch is so accurate that it's amazing. It only gains less than 1 second per day. Clara is very helpful and courteous, it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend Clara if you're in the market for a nice time piece.

Having purchased my second Rolex from Gemoro WEM last week, I wanted to write a great review for Margarita and Ashley. Not only did they go out of their way to source me this piece but, Margarita waited for me to visit their store (as my flight was delayed). It was close to closing time and even after the mall was closed, waited until my watch was sized and fit me perfectly!! Margarita let me remove the stickers as well as name/date the warranty card as per Rolex policies. I visited the shop the next day to thank her again and tell her I recommended her (and the shop) to a friend that was looking for a Platinum piece. She said she would be glad to help him out! The professionalism and attention to detail showed by Margarita and Ashely was unquestionably a great experience for myself. I would gladly purchase another Rolex (or any other brand) from Gemoro and hope to in the near future. Also, the layout of the new store/location is much more welcoming (than the previous one) and the new Rolex room is something to be seen. If you are ever in WEM be sure to check out Gemoro and if looking to purchase something, any of the associates (especially Margarita or Ashley) will make your experience a pleasant and happy one!!
