If I could give this a rating of 0 stars I would. My husband purchased my engagement ring 5 years ago and spent well over 5k on the ring. He spent an additional 1k on a lifetime protection plan. Within the last few weeks, two large diamonds fell out. We went back to see about the lifetime warranty and were told that the LIFETIME WARRANTY WAS VOID due to a takeover that we were not informed of. The costumer service was beyond poor and we left with more questions then we first came in with. Please do yourself a favour and purchase any large pieces from an honest company. Fortunately we were able to find a local company in town that is going to fix it right and with a great price so that's the silver lining in the story. If this helps at least one person's decision to not waste their time, then it will be worth the 10 mins it took to gather my thoughts and write this down. Beyond disappointed, Ben Moss/Charm Jewellers/whatever they call themselves boycotters for life.
