I was in the store over a half an hour, in this time not one staff member greeted me nor asked me if I needed a hand, I helped myself to an open fitting room as there was no one willing to help me out, when I was coming out of the fitting room there was a staff member putting clothes on hangers she just stared at me not one word was said, didn't bother to ask me how anything fit or if she could take anything so I put it away myself as I didn't want to inconvenience her. Honestly the management wasn't that great before but the latest management seems to be garbage....retail is not for everyone and the girls working at this location clearly hate their job but sometimes you settle which I understand. I don't even want to get into the rest of my experience at cash either way I dislike shopping at this location and the least they could do here is say hello

I couldn't find anyone to help, and when there was someone they just walked past me. Furthermore, I was in twice yesterday and both cashiers were very abrupt and rude. I shop in Ardene all the time, but I found the staff very unpleasant in Leduc!

I was recently at the Ardene"s in Leduc I purchased some items . When I was paying , their computer crashed on me , they wanted to recharge me for my purchases but informed me that if I get doubled charged that I would be reimbursed immediately . I was double charged , and now I am having to fight to get my money back from them . I am being treated like I am causing an inconvenience to them with disrespect ,the response I got from the assistant manager was "I"m going to have to deal with the manager only that she is not going to deal with me "' I did not ask her to deal with me or the situation that they have put me in with the reimbursement of my money . Apparently Ardene"s in Leduc dose not know the concept of customer satisfaction and repeat business . Watch when you pay and their computer crashes , you might be in the same boat as I am and fighting for your money back .
