My birthday gift from my wife was a watch, $300 Nixon digital metal bracelet, I could not believe it. For me that is the most expensive thing anyone has ever given me. Whom do I trust to maintain it? “Royal Watch and Clock” Great service, expert advice, kind and curtest, whom else would I TRUST. The first time needed to replace the battery I tried eight shops, they all could not, from lack of knowledge and skill, saying the needed special equipment.

Excellent, quick, honest service. After being told by the Bay watch repair that my battery couldn't be replaced without a complete cleaning (at a charge of over $200!!), Royal Watch happily replaced the battery in my favourite watch for $14!! Thank you to Royal Watch & Clock!!

Tried to get my Longines watch serviced at the company's "Recommended Service Centre", a downtown jewelry store. That place was going to charge me $150 shipping and insurance just to send it to some place in Ontario, on top of the (unknown) cost of the repair. I found this place instead and he repaired it for under $100 total.
