Worst consumer service. 5 to 6 and buddy unlocks the door to simply tell me with a smug look " I can't help you " after an easy question to what I have, just " it might be that but I can't help you " ? Never recommend this guy to anyone..

It's a pleasure to shop at a jewellery store where the owners have so much experience with gemstones and know what they are talking about. They have an awesome selection of fine jewellery and their selection of Estate Jewellery is second to none.

Called to just get a rough estimate on how much it would be to size down a ring and the lady on the phone was rather rude about the whole thing. Add that to the fact that their price was rather outrageous, I will not be going here. Which is too bad considering i would have been willing to pay had she been nicer to deal with on the phone. Instead, I'll go to somewhere that cares about manners and customer service.
