Amazing customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Lim Goldsmith's created the perfect ring and we were included in the process of it being made which was priceless! They we're accommodating to all of our needs, and thoughtful with their suggestions and created a ring that was even better than our expectations! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Lim Goldsmiths!!

Recently had a baby signet ring made for our son’s first birthday. Jamie was great to work with. It was very easy to explain to her what we wanted and she was able to help us stay within budget. The whole process went very smooth and communication was great through out. This was a great experience and will definitely be working with Lim Goldsmiths again!

I went in to see how much it would cost to have an engagement ring made. As soon as I walked in they could tell I was uneasy and intimidated. They were quick to easy my mind and help me begin the process of designing and making the ring. By the end of the first encounter I had with them I felt like I was in good hands. They were patient, respectful and understanding of what I wanted. It was by far one of the best experiences I have had. They went above and beyond what I'd expect from a goldsmith.

Jamie and Heang were such a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of designing our dream wedding ring. We had a bad experience at another jeweller, but they dispelled our fears, worked within our budget and produced a ring that is already drawing rave reviews from our friends and family. They are not only great designers, but great people, and that's a rare combination. Thank you both for making the process and the end result such a joy for me and my wife!

Years ago, I had my custom wedding engagement ring and wedding band made by another local jeweler. Suffice to say, he didn’t do a good job and I’ve never really liked the set. I went to a handful of jewelers this year to see who could re-make my engagement ring and LIM GOLDSMITHS was the best and obvious choice. From my very first contact with Jamie, I was blown away by her amazing service, enthusiasm and professionalism. She and Heang immediately understood what I was looking for and on the first attempt, prepared a perfect rendering of a new diamond halo for my original center stone. Heang was specially trained in Europe and knows how to create maximum sparkle. The final product was classy and stunning. I LOVED working with Jamie and Heang, I have told everyone how fantastic they are and will 100% use them again. And again! And hopefully, again! :)
