Staff are really friendly and helpful but had a mix up with my rings. They gave me a completely different ring! Things were rectified after coming into store and staff were helpful. Just wish this mistake didn't happen as I couldn't give the present on time

I went in today to ask a few questions - thinking that later I would return with my fiancee to buy our rings but one of the sales woman was so mean and rude and shouted at me to stop talking to the other sales woman (perhaps the manager) that I won't be coming back to buy anything. There was no one else in the shop at the time so it wasn't as if you were busy. You've lost a big sale because your attitude is so poor. I was very nice and polite and did not deserve to be treated so badly. I went next door to H. Samuel and got much better service - was treated like a normal customer.

Alicja gave excellent customer service,took the time to find us, exactly what we wanted, wedding rings. Couldn't have been more helpful, so find it hard to believe the bad reviews, that I have read about your shop,as we have had such a positive experience.

Visited Stratford Westfield branch. Best range of Tissot watches, over 30, 1st sales woman friendly, second saleswoman rather monosyllabic.Bought a lovely watch though.
