I had the worst customer service experience of my life! I wanted to know prices of the rings and see which one fits within my budget. However I waited for half an hour while the only 2 sale reps were busy with customers. I saw people coming and waiting and leaving! Maybe hire more people if you have sale in the store.

I love the products this chain offers but have experienced better service at every other location I have been to. They didn't get back to me about a ring I was interested in. I went back and got the ring anyways and when I called to see when it was in they suggested I was waiting for a repair, no regard for customer service at this location based on my experience. This is a couple of many issues I have faced with the staff of this location.

I recently purchased a watch from Metrotown Micheal Hill. I went home soon to find out that there was a little crack in the watch, a very tiny one. Barely noticeable. Still, it was an expensive watch so I went to Guildford Micheal hill to return it. They said they would bring a new watch to exchange from another location by the next day, but a week went without getting a phone call from them. I went again to the mall again to check. The customer service was unimaginable, for a high end store like Micheal hill, it amazed me to see they hired unprofessional staff like them! I went to talk to the sales person but she interrupted me in the middle to take another customer, which took an hour!! Even when I was there before and I had come in previously too! I had to wait about an hour just for my turn! Furthermore, the chain of the watch was too long, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and rude when I asked for options to shortened it. I will never visit this store again, the customer service is terrible.
