Made the mistake of not reading reviews about this place before giving them my engagement ring to resize. I was told it'll be done in less than two weeks. 10 days later they email me saying that my ring is damaged and so I will need to pay another $100 to repair it... Sounds very odd since it was a brand new ring... But I said sure since it was for my engagement and I wanted it to be perfect. 18 days after giving them my ring, I haven't heard back from them yet. So I call to see what's going on. They say it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a ring resized!!! That's more than double their initial quoted time! Terrible service. Avoid like the plague.

They ruined my 4000 dollar platinum chain. Fused it together and told me they can't undo it because it's platinum. I also agree with the negative reviews here this place is a disgrace. Rodan jewellers as well ruined my Rolex Datejust ii when I brought it there. Any jewellery store at Brentwood mall is middle of the mall trash. Who fuses a platinum chain together without even asking the owner first. Then they give me the option to just cut off the fused part and keep it aside.... LOL what a joke.

Great informative and kind service from Wilson Yuki. Wilson helped me resize my deceased mother's ring for me to wear and also too care of other needs regarding the jewelry she left behind for me. Many many thanks for being gentle and supportive.
