Purchased my engagement ring here. The service here is just fantastic! I'd give this place 100 stars if I could. Not only did Ryan take his time explaining the different selection of rings to me, he also gave me a fabulous deal as well. This boutique jewelry store is way better than the big name companies in terms of service and value for your money. I've purchased rings at both Spence and People's and each time the sales people in those stores would just convince me to buy the most expensive thing so they can pad their wallets with extra commission. But not at Ryan's. He was honest, had my best interests in mind the entire time, and recommended the perfect ring. I'm never going to those big name companies ever again! I'm definitely a Ryan's Jewellers' customer for life! Thank you so much!!!!!

We purchased my engagement ring here. We must of come into this store half a dozen times and the service was always amazing. When we finally decided on the ring, the service was fantastic. We had the ring made into 14k instead of the 10k that they had on display. They were super knowledgeable about everything. David & ladies were just such a pleasure to do business with. We went in today to get my ring looked at and cleaned. The owner happened to be there and we had a lovely chat about many things. Such a wonderful family owned business. Ended up walking out with a pair of beautiful earrings. 😠Definitely our go to for jewelry. Thanks for the great service 👌

This store is one of the best independent jewellery stores I've ever been to. Superb service, amazing and diverse selection, high quality merchandise and very good prices. Goldsmith and custom design services. A must visit if you're on the hunt for that special piece. The website doesn't do the store justice. Go see David and his staff. You'll be glad you did!

This establishment needs to learn true customer service... Also the sales staff needs to go to etiquette as the way they speak to customers is something I have never experienced and that is after buying something!
