I wouldnâ€™t even give this place one star. Iâ€™ve had my ring for less then a year, and I donâ€™t wear t often. Itâ€™s always kept in my jewelry box away from other pieces. Iâ€™ve had to get it fixed three times. When I brought it in the most recent time they said it would be fixed in a week, then two weeks later they called saying they were closing and not going to be open again until March 28. Called them a few times since they re opened never answered my calls and said it wasnâ€™t back anytime I went in. Finally go in today again and itâ€™s ready after over a month of waiting. Then they tried to tell my boyfriend that it was out of warranty when it had a year and was bought last June so it still has two months to the day. When he said that it was still in showed them the original purchase date and all they said was oh well then tell her to not wear it all the time. He told them I donâ€™t and that it a high quality ring shouldnâ€™t need to be replaced three times in one year. They werenâ€™t going to do anything. They are so unprofessional and unreasonable and just plain out rude.

I have found Galleria to be friendly and professional. My first experience was replacing the batteries in wife's five watches. The service was quick and prices were reasonable. The second experience was checking the claws on my wife's wedding rings. They showed us how worn down the claws were, we were lucky not to have lost the diamonds. They rebuilt the claws on my wife's wedding rings at a very reasonable price and my wife had her rings back the next day. They also offered complimentary ongoing cleaning and inspection of the rings. I will definitely refer my friends and family members to Jewellery Galleria. Thanks for the great service

This is THE BEST place to go for any and all of your jewellery needs! The most lovely couple own and run this shop, and you will get some of the most fantastic service you will ever receive. They are extremely knowledgable, and very patient, as they will take the time to talk to you about the item you are looking for/have made. They will ensure that you receive exactly what you want, and take as much time as needed with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new piece of jewellery. My fiancÃ© had my enagagement ring made here, and almost a year later I still receive non-stop compliments on it, plus I can't stop looking at it myself! The craftsmanship of their pieces is phenomenal, and the quality is far better than anything I have ever seen in your average mall jewellery store. Please check them out when looking for your next piece of jewellery, as I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I have purchased a wedding ring from Parvin for my first wedding and my wife loved it. I purchased a wedding ring from Parvin for my second wedding and my wife loved it. No kidding, every person I have sent to Jewellery Galleria has ended up making their purchase there. I loved how he didn't start showing you rings until he educated you regarding the various categories of diamond quality. He lines everything up in front of you and lets you take your time. No guilt feeling if you opt to go home and think about it. He won't phone and harass you like Spence Diamonds does. When I purchased my first ring I didn't have a lot of money to spend. At no time did I feel inadequate as I looked at the more affordable range of diamonds.
