Went in to browse. Was looking for gifts for my daughter and found a very nice item which was priced at $70, I thought this was a little high so I asked if there was a possibility of a discount, it was a simple question and the lady I asked (who it seems was an owner or manager?) said, and I quote "we don't barter here" Well...she first of all she obviously has no idea what the word barter means, I was not looking to exchange services for goods, (as the word barter means) just asking if there was a possibility of a discount. I bought the item anyways and went on my way, but will never go back, her attitude was that crappy, and reading other reviews I can see that the same type of attitude has happened to others. There are other great stores on 5th St that sell the same types of things, spend your dollars there instead.

Have been in twice now....both times served by an older lady who looked me up and down as if I didn't quite belong and that I was troubling her. I'm a friendly outgoing person and she could barely create a smile for me. Both times came in to purchase Pandora products. The last time I was there I told her I needed a Pandora bracelet....the most basic....as it was for a small child. Got home and realized that they had lobster clasp Pandora bracelets for $50 but she sold me a $75 one. Sadly I had lost the receipt sometime during the day's crazy Christmas shopping and could not return it for the less expensive one.

Bought 2 wedding bands for my hubby and a wedding band for myself, gorgeous rings, great prices and super nice staff. Mr Graham even cleaned & polished my engagement ring for free on the spot. I love supporting small local shops, especially when they've earned it :) I'll be back and so will my soon to be hubby.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Mr. Graham. Not long after our wedding, my finger began to get incredibly irritated from the ring. Mr. Graham went above and beyond to solve my problem, entertaining my theory as to why I thought the issue was there in the first place. In the end, I got a brand new wedding band at no additional cost and my issues are no longer. I truly appreciate the efforts James went to to keep me a happy customer!

Very disappointing how my mother is treated when she is in there. The one staff member who is asian, mid 40's has always been very rude and talked down to my mother who is a very frequent customer. The other staff are great but I will not go back there to purchase jewellery based on my mother's experiences.
