There's selling and then there's pushy. The folks working here are definitely pushy. If you like to take a look before buying (especially if you plan to tell a spouse to buy you said charm for upcoming occasions, like I do) then go online instead. They make you very uncomfortable if you aren't buy right then. I wouldn't go back, despite preferring to shop in-store.

I went in to Pandora today with a ring that has 2 missing gems. They replaced it no questions asked. Tracy was great! Thanks Pandora!

This store is the reason why I buy online. Staff did not know how to check public wish list. No greeting when i walk in the door. No apologies for not know what she was doing. Did not suggest alternatives for problem. 8 staff on the floor. All dress in black and all looked like they are attending a funeral. Please hire more mature staffs or staffs who are excited about the products they are selling.

Not a Pandora store I would want to return to. Customer relations need to be improved.
