WORST retail experience EVER!!!!! Go upstairs!!! The sales rep (middle aged, chubby lady) was impatient and cannot be bothered when asked to show Pandora charms. She would only show two trays, one after another, and told us that's it! There were only two other customers at the time, who were being serviced by another rep. This couldn't-care-less lady even took away the charm I wanted to buy away!!! Reported this to the manager; nothing's been done after 9 days. The Pandora upstairs offer much better service, even when you're just in the line! Went to confront the manager today. She basically said that it could get busy during weekends, and she already said sorry when I reported it. She also said I was given a clutch as a gift of apology. SO NOT TRUE!!! Might have been a busy day for the store, but not a busy time during my visit. The manager did not apologize at the time either. She only said she would check the camera. The clutch was part of the last promotion and given by another rep on a previous visit, before this incident happened! That particular rep is nice and helpful. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES AND SPOIL YOUR PANDORA EXPERIENCE AT ANN LOUISE!!!

It is a shame that some stores in Vancouver discriminate on what we call reverse discrimination. I was there in two occasions and was ignored the two times, even tough the employees were just chatting. The last time I approached a salesperson and ask about a watch just to get a dry and cold answer that made me leave. I was willing to buy but honestly if I am not welcomed because I am caucasian, then I'll find another place. Will never come back

Helpful Pandora rep compared to upstairs. Good suggestions and ideas relating to her own experience.

Good designs , nice service but it depends on the sales associate you deal with.
