I wanted to scrap some jewellery and coins so I came to this location. There was 3 people in the store and it seemed like too much for the lady to handle. She was rude and distressful. When I sat down and showed some of my silver jewellery (which I called about beforehand and they said they bought it) she huffed and looked at me like I was a peasant. At the end of the transaction when I was cashing out, she threw a tantrum when I didn't sign my papers before I walked up to the cash out window. I won't come to this location again, the staff's negative attitude is draining. P.s. no way to treat a customer who use to buy 800-1200 dollars of coins a month.

My first visit to this place. I called ahead to be sure they had enough silver coins and was surprised to see the HUGE selection of coins and gold in beautiful display case from the Canadian mint and other countries as well. The prices are competitive and the best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff, I plan to be a repeat customer at this store.
