Amazing customer service! They honestly care so much here about their clients. Nina is very sweet and helpful! She helped sort out my engagement ring resizing, which required dealing with another company. We will definitely be coming back here for wedding bands because the service was phenomenal. There is such a nice, warming small business feel to Cartwright Jewellers.

I just purchased an engagement ring from Cartwright Jewelers. When talking with Susan, I knew very little about rings and had even fewer ideas/visions. After spending a short amount of time with her, I was well informed and she made this experience absolutely flawless. In the end, she was able to create an unbelievable ring, and well within my budget! Susan's co-worker, Nina, was also amazing. She asked questions and made the whole experience more personal. I was anxious going in as this was all very new, and Cartwright made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you both so much for this amazing experience!. Highly recommended!

Recently, I brought my engagement ring to Cartwright Jewelers for some maintenance work. Susan made some wonderful recommendations about how the setting could be improved - and I am absolutely thrilled with the work that was done. You donâ€™t come across this kind of customer service very often anymore. The people who work here are all so genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. The quality of work is fabulous and the time in which my chain repair was ready blew me away! I wonâ€™t ever step foot in a box store again. Any time I need anything, from a watch to a diamond, I will shop here. Their quality and service have made me a forever customer!

Went in to get a ring's claws fixed. What an experience! Within 15 minutes I was told my ring's stone was glass and it would cost $200 plus vs. the $100 plus if it was a stone because it had to be laser fixed. I was then told it was a different gem that what I thought it was and in fact it was a synthetic stone and not glass. At this point the price should have gone to the $100 plus but when I questioned it the woman fumbled all over herself and said it would still be $200 plus. There were so many inconsistencies and story changes within the few minutes that I was there it was incredible. I have never encountered such an experience and as nice as the woman was, she was all over the place and didn't seem to know anything at all. Nice does not equal knowledge, buyer beware!!
