Thank you to the staff at Era design. Went through the custom design for an engagement ring with Rosemary who was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable during the process. Service and communication via email was timely and professional. Most importantly, they managed to create a lovely ring from a slightly challenging design in time for Christmas. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an ethical, locally made/designed and unique engagement ring.

The folks at Era are the best! They helped me over countless consultations to get my new engagement ring to fit perfectly - quite a feat because my fingers are actually quite difficult to size! My partner also said that if all of the stores he visited in his quest for a unique engagement ring, that they were the most friendly and accommodating, and tried the hardest to find him something that fit his vision. I now have a beautiful, one of a kind engagement ring! I highly encourage anyone, especially anyone who maybe be intimidated by the process of getting a ring, to stop by here. They are lovely people with a no-pressure approach.

Bought a necklace for my wife on our anniversary, a lovely antique pendant. Very good assistance from staff. Needed a little tweaking with the chain and they made it happen. Will go back again. Thanks to everyone for making this day of celebration even better.

I had a custom sapphire ring designed and made at Era Design. I was impressed by the helpful and creative approach to the design process. The ring is absolutely beautiful. I found the staff to be gracious and fun to work with, plus the owner, Rosemary, showed a knowledge about gems and the design process which greatly impressed me. I also love their vintage collection, especially the Georg Jensen Danish jewellery which I collect.

I have the privilege to work with Era Designs. I rarely encounter so professionnal people in the jewellery industry. The owner is a fantastic artist and a true entrepreneur. It is very important today to manage a business professionnaly. It's something to be aware if you are investing a fairly big amount of money on a piece of jewellery. It is an investment and you want to secure it. It is a real pleasure to deal with the whole team of Era Desings. And I warmly recommend them for your choice of jeweller.
