I took my husbands ring to Marsh and Sons for repair. It was his high school graduation gift from his parents. He's now in his 70's so needless to say the ring was in very bad shape, but had such sentimental value. I had attempted to have it repaired elsewhere about five years ago but didn't feel comfortable with the place I took it to. Rita was such a pleasure to work with and presented me with the best choice to make this ring wearable and secure. The result was stunning! It was like new and my Husband couldn't have been happier with it. He wears it constantly and has had so many complements on it. I have since taken my own rings in to be worked on and I appreciate Rita's honest opinion of what is fixable and what is not. I plan to have my engagement ring stones reset and I have every confidence that it will be beautiful. It is such a pleasure to meet people like Rita and Lance and their crew, and know that I'm dealing with conscientious and talented people.

I have dealt with Lance for many years and send everyone to Marsh&Son’s with ease knowing that they will be looked after professionally. Lance introduced me to Matt who now looks after all my gold repares and is the finest goldsmith I ever had the pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough about how great their service was in repairing my wife's wedding ring. It was my mother's ring passed down to her and had great sentimental value to her. I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. Thanks for the wonderful service Rita. Bill Reid

I have just found my favourite jewelry store! Lance and Rita and staff are absolutely first class! They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. I brought my special jewelry to them and right away I felt I could trust them to do all the necessary repairs, and more. Rita made some suggestions and I followed her advice. When it was time to pick them up, they looked like brand new rings!! The scratched bands and stones were polished and the stones were secured in place. Needless to say, I was thrilled! They haven't looked that good since the day I bought them....which was 48 years ago for some of the items!! it is soo great to know I can trust Marsh and Son with my precious ( and semi-precious) gems. Thank you VERY much Marsh and Son Jewelry in Nanaimo ( and Qualicum) BC.

I had 4 keepsake items that I wanted to wear. Thanks to Rita, we came up with the idea of attaching them to a bar. The finished product exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful. I can not say enough about the perfection of the necklace and the staff sharing in my excitement of seeing the it on me. If anyone wants something just a little different but just not able to visualize go to Marsh & Sons, they will have the vision to create your dream for you.
