Took my watch in the get the battery changed. Got home and I notiticed the glass on the face is just scratched, called in and they fixed me right up free of charge, and they also made a bracelet free of charge with some extra chain I had. Happy with the customer service thank you JC Bradley

My fulfilling experiences with JC Bradley Jewellers have been extensive since moving to the Okanagan over the past decade. At the beginning of my then new relationship, we looked at simple but lovely sapphire & diamond bands and I found my favourite promise ring. I'll even continue to wear it with other rings to compliment! When we approached Richard to morph my family ring that had moved down the generations from 1883, I knew I had talent leading the way to a unique flawless engagement ring! As my mother is aging, I wanted her to see the beautiful modernized creation that Richard & his experts crafted. He even altered it slightly to a more practical weight & comfort after the fact; accommodating for our hot summers & cold winters; a great fit results. The incredible diamond wedding band is actually fitted properly with footings to rest beside the aforementioned engagement ring; which carries a classic centred sapphire and they look sensational! Recently I've also worked with Chantal, Richard's daughter, whom mirrors the high standard this family maintains - with exceptional deals on each jewellery piece, ensuring incredible customer service, satisfaction and kindness with such important sentimental works they clearly produce. When it came to finding my fiance's band, we got accurate appreciated advice from Richard on which metals would be ideal; given their specific characteristics - now not all Jewellers take the special time to do so! And this was prior to their new location - with the many people popping in/out of the Mall! His fair willingness to keep pricing fair was notable - notwithstanding market gold prices; I can tell you that with certainty. We will proudly continue to call JC Bradley our jewellery store. And I want to thank Richard & Chantal profusely for making us happy - and being so professional & knowledgeable all along the way - even when stones fall out through no fault of your own!.
