This is the place to go in Victoria for your forever needs. My girlfriend is always ecstatic when she gets a Lugaro box because it is always the best quality held to the highest standards. Their customer service is exquisite and through as well. I highly recommend stopping in when you are downtown, you will not be disappointed.

Been shopping at Lugaro since I lived in Vancouver 20 years ago. First Metrotown, then Park Royal and now happy the have a location in Victoria. Bought 6+ watches from Lugaro and won't shop elsewhere. Always a fun and pleasant experience.

I had an excellent experience at this location. My wife and I came up from Seattle for a weekend trip for our anniversary. I always stop in any fine jewelry store that carries Swiss watches when we travel, and Lugaro delivered more than most. The store was not busy, but the salesmen were not pushy. They allowed me plenty of time to browse and were always ready to answer my questions. When my wife surprised me and said that we could go ahead and purchase one of the watches I had been looking at for months, the salesmen didn't get overly excited or treat us any differently. They were very professional and thorough. They made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the size adjustment and made sure I knew exactly how much I was spending with the exchange rate. It was my best watch buying experience yet, and I walked away with a beautiful Tudor Heritage Black Bay! I will definitely purchase another watch from this location the next time I travel to Victoria!

I decided to change my review based on the service I have received over the last month from a different sales associate. Mark has gone above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. He has been helpful, friendly and treated me with respect from day one. I didn't feel any pressure from him and was treated like a friend. Mark is the only reason I returned to make a second purchase, he has been helpful and sincere. I had every intention of going to Vancouver for this purchase - Mark made me change my mind. I hope management takes note of this. Thanks Mark!
