Bad customer service. Walked in and everyone picked up things to appear too busy to help. When someone did look up, I cheerfully mentioned that I wanted to get my finger sized because my boyfriend wants to propose soon. Instead of her being excited for me or even smiling, she was a complete buzz kill. Hardly any help. You'd think that she'd be putting on a good face so that I'd recommend them for the ring. I tried a size on and asked if this seemed like a good fit, She asked when he was planning on proposing (not in a good way)- (alluding that it'll fit unless I put on weight...) anyway, he won't be buying from here. Bummer.

Just went to look for a gold braceket today at Mayfair mall. I went to this sad excuse if a store and sadly this rude sales lady (Filipino) wouldn't answer my questions about a gold braceket I was interested in. She even said that I couldn't buy it because it's a lady's bracelet and because I'm a man I couldn't wear it. Huh??? I guess she didn't want a sale. Wow. I wear a Rolex and a Cartier Juste un Clou bracelet and thought a smaller unassuming third piece on my wrist would make a good stack look. Guess micheal hill doesn't need the sale. So I bought a beautiful $1500 bracelet at Anne Louise store by an amazing sales lady. Do not shop at Micheal Hill they don't want your business!!

Felt like I was buying a used car instead of a ring .Over the top with trying to sell their credit card and extended warranty.
