Terrible customer service! I left my ring there to be re-clawed and I was told that it would probably take about two weeks. After 15 days, I called to see if my ring was ready. The girl told me that it may need an extra $400 in repairs. I questioned why I wasn't called & she immediately said she would have Mr Monk call back. Mr Monk did call back (and he actually calls himself 'Mr Monk') & explained why there might be extra charges incurred (which I would have been fine with) but when I asked why I had not been called he replied that the store has hundreds of repairs etc.. He gave no other explanation and no apology. The level of arrogance was unbelievable. So after 15 days of not wearing my ring I drove to the store & picked it up & will have it re-clawed (with possible extra repairs) elsewhere.

I had a request for custom work on an engagement ring, and was quite demanding in my requests. Amanda spearheaded this project for me. With the help of her co-workers, They produced an amazing engagement ring. My new fiancé and I are absolutely enchanted. The quality, and overall finish of the product is so much more than we had imagined. The team went out of their way to create the ring in a timely manner that coincided with my schedule. The ring didn't fit at first. As anyone could imagine, it was hard to part my fiancé with the ring for sizing. A goldsmith was quickly contacted and we had our ring back promptly. I highly recommend this Jeweller to anyone who wants an outstanding finished product, and a team of dedicated jewellers to stand behind it. Thanks again to everyone at Monks

Very bad service ... i will never step foot in there again ! Left a ring to be resized, no phone call when it was ready, if i hadnt called to see what was up i would still not have my ring back, 3 staff were far to busy talking to eachother to pay attention to me the paying customer, charged me the highest end of the quoted price range for a very simple thing.
