Absolutely disgusting service, rude staff. Will never buy anything more from bevilles. If anything is wrong with your items they send them away and takes approx a month to get back. Wife's engagement ring got sent away to be fixed and came back looking completely different and all the rude girl could say was they fixed it in good will but neglected to acknowledge that the ring is now different and we were never informed that they would change the way the main setting sat. Garbage jewellery at prices of decent jewellery.

Worst customer service. Went in today morning to buy a gift. The lady serving at the watch session didn't showed any basic customer service courtesy, as if the shop is a charity shop. Please try to understand that we are there to spend our hard earned money and there are plenty of options for us. These type of behavior could be understood if towards the end of the day. They could be tired, exhausted, but not at 9 am in the morning. I just walked off and went to another shop. What else can I do?

Went in to buy a watch. My girlfriend and myself stood for at least 5 minutes feeling invisible. 3 staff members. 1 was serving a customer and the other 2 were oblivious to customers waiting. We walked out and straight across to Angus and coote, to be greeted by 3 friendly staff which is where we bought the watch. Bevilles you need to hire new staff that aren't lazy.

My father had earrings put on hold for 48 hours via there website and he got an email confirmation saying to ask for Kathy when picking up the item so he went there and Kathy wasn't there and they said they couldn't find the item and to come back the next day because Kathy will be there. He came back the next day and they said (KATHY) called in sick and the earrings had been sold. All I can say is WOW. They lied big time and Kathy does not exist. They were going to be a present for my mother. My father is an old man who lives in a different area, to be messed around like that is mean. He's embarrassed and feels humiliated. Its disgusting behaviour especially towards the elderly and bevilles you should be shamed of yourselves.
